“Being able to achieve a result, and the impact that can make in helping people move forward - that’s what I love,” he says.

At the heart of The Kaprilian Edit is what drew Andrew to real estate, having an impact on someone’s next chapter.

Thirteen years of experience has taught Andrew what the job demands, and the cost of doing it properly. He tells us, “Time, energy, and consistency matter. Building a model that supports this is critical.”

The decision to step away from perceived stability was not sudden. It was the outcome of years spent refining process, observing the market, and recognising the need for a more adaptive, considered approach.

“I’ve known for a long time that this is where I should have been,” Andrew says.

“The ‘safety’ of a stable workplace and the status quo prolonged the call. But the need to create, change, and build something that’s a better fit for today’s real estate environment was too strong.”

Looking ahead, Andrew’s focus is on building something that lasts - strong foundations and a clear standard around ethics, care, and accountability matched with systems designed to support both clients and life beyond the transaction.

“I’m excited to set solid foundations so my friends, family, clients, and anyone who wants help, has a safe place to transact,” he says. “A place where they can be supported in moving forward in life - and in their property needs."
