After ten years in the real estate industry, Greg Hilton knew it was time for something different.

Not a new franchise role or a promotion, but a fresh start. A new kind of agency built on personal connection, family values, and the freedom to do things the right way.

“Helping families sell and buy property is what attracts me to real estate,” Greg says. “There’s something incredibly rewarding about helping someone find the place they’ll call home, start a new chapter, or make a smart investment for their family’s future.”

Before becoming an agent in March 2015, Greg was working as a concreter while studying finance. Real estate gave him the opportunity to connect his practical mindset with his passion for people. What he’s loved most ever since is being a trusted guide through life-changing milestones.

“Whether it’s helping a young couple buy their first home, supporting a family in upsizing, or assisting someone ready to downsize and simplify, every journey is unique, and I’m honoured to be a part of it.”

But the path to opening his own agency wasn’t overnight. From the moment he first voiced the idea with his wife, it took around 12 months to move from thought to action. And like many agents who consider branching out, it started with some frustrations.

“Before branching out on our own, one of the biggest frustrations was feeling limited by the corporate structure of larger agencies. I often found myself restricted in how I could serve clients. Whether it was a lack of flexibility in marketing strategies, impersonal processes, or the pressure to focus more on volume than meaningful client relationships.”
