Viking Commercial launches with URBAN X
After more than 20 years in commercial real estate, Robbie Doyle is still drawn to the same things that got him started. The people, the variety, and the fact no two days are the same.
“Commercial real estate is my passion! I love dealing with industrial/commercial sales and leasing. I also specialise in selling businesses, so I get to meet a lot of really interesting property owners and tenants. Each day in commercial real estate is interesting and inspiring.”
Robbie began his real estate career in 2006 after moving from hospitality into business brokerage and has since built extensive experience across commercial and industrial sales, leasing and business sales. With clients encouraging him to establish an agency of his own, the idea eventually became too good to ignore.
“I have a passion for exploring business opportunities, so it was natural for me to explore opening my own agency as I have a gift for establishing a lot of friendly relationships with my clients, a lot of my clients have encouraged me to start my own agency, so I did.”
The new agency needed a name, and Robbie found inspiration from his Irish heritage. His surname, Doyle, traces back to the Gaelic name O'Dubhghall, which has strong Viking origins and provided the inspiration for Viking Commercial.
Robbie spent more than eight months researching the best way to launch his own agency before choosing URBAN X.
“I explored multiple real estate agencies that would enable me to operate my own independently branded agency. I spent over 8 months investigating the best option and URBAN X was the best choice.”
