For Laura, the partnership marks a significant new chapter in a career that began when she was just 18. After 21 years in the industry, she has built Strong Property Partners around the values that have shaped her approach from the beginning.

“I was drawn to real estate because it combines everything I enjoy most - people, property, problem-solving, and the opportunity to make a genuine difference,” Laura says. “I love helping clients navigate important life transitions, creating strategies that achieve amazing results, and building lasting relationships based on trust and integrity.”

That experience has also given Laura a deep understanding of the emotions behind a property transaction. Every client arrives with a different story, whether they are purchasing their first home, moving through a major life change, or selling a property filled with years of memories.

“One of the biggest challenges in real estate is balancing the emotional side of property with the business side,” she explains. “My job is to help clients navigate uncertainty, life transitions, and complex negotiations while remaining calm and focused on achieving the best outcome.”

Although Laura had not originally planned to own an agency, a change in circumstances created the opportunity to reconsider what the next stage of her career could look like – a phase that she controls, anchored by her values.

And she moved fast - going from thinking about the move to launching her brand within weeks of deciding to do so.

The speed of the launch brought a long list of decisions and responsibilities, but it also reinforced the importance of having the right systems and support in place from the beginning.

Strong Property Partners has been created as a boutique, personalised agency modelled on Laura’s values. Grace and integrity sit at the centre of the brand, supported by an approachable service style that prioritises trust, authenticity, and clear guidance throughout the process.

“What I love most about being a real estate agent is the people,” Laura says. "Every home has a story, and every client is at a unique stage of their life journey. I feel privileged to play a part in those important moments."
