Helena Wait Properties launches with URBAN X
Helena Wait has launched Helena Wait Properties in Townsville, choosing URBAN X as the operational partner behind her new business.
For Helena, building her own agency was the opportunity to create the kind of real estate experience she'd always believed in.
"I was attracted to real estate because I wanted a career where I could genuinely make a difference in people's lives," Helena explains. "Real estate offered the perfect balance of strategy, negotiation, marketing and people, and I knew it was a career where hard work, integrity and genuine care could have a real impact."
But Helena has also seen the other side of the industry, where clients felt like a transaction instead of real people making one of life's biggest decisions. It’s became the catalyst for launching Helena Wait Properties.

Starting your own business isn't easy, but Helena faced the fear head-on. "I had the fear of stepping away from the security of an established brand and building something from the ground up," Helena mentions. Looking back now, that fear has given way to excitement and confidence.
When it came to launching her business, Helena chose to partner with URBAN X.
