By partnering with URBAN X, 83 Property has the operational support taken care of behind the scenes, allowing the business to spend less time on administration and more time focused on delivering exceptional service to its clients and community.
For founder Tammy Nieling, no two days in real estate are ever the same, and that's exactly why she loves it.
"Real estate provides an opportunity to experience a different type of day every day," she says. "For me, it's about meeting people, creating relationships and helping people on their property journey."
That same focus shows up in the part of the job she loves most. "The people I meet and the community I represent, being a memorable and integral part of a clients property journey, handing over the keys to someone who has just purchased a new home," she says, "and overall making a positive difference in people’s lives."
With years of industry experience behind her, Tammy launched 83 Property following an unexpected change in circumstances at the agency where she had been working. Faced with a decision to either start over or back herself, she chose to build a business of her own.
Tammy describes it as her "sink or swim" moment. "Realising that my success was because of my hard work and relationships made over many years. I wanted to continue making a difference in my community on my own terms and build something of my own that reflects me and my values - trust, integrity, personalised service, treating people right and going above and beyond."
Tammy partnered with URBAN X for the operational support needed to grow 83 Property.
"Backend support, to help with growth and to be able to better service our local community and core areas," she says of the decision. So far, the partnership has given her exactly the support she was looking for.
Tammy's focus now turns to what's ahead for 83 Property.
"Growth and being able to assist more of the local community in their property journeys," she says. "Meeting new people and welcoming new people to the Lockyer Valley and Ipswich areas."
Her advice to other agents considering building their own business is simple.
"Think about it carefully, it's a lot of work, long hours and dedication," Tammy says. "But if you can do that, and you love working with people and the community, then it's the most rewarding career you will find."
